John is a dishonest guy. I hired his crew to spray foam my roof truss heels; they insulated over the top of the baffles/proper vents, and when I inspected their work that evening, the baffles had settled and there were gaps between the spray foam and the trusses. John claimed that I did not install the baffles correctly.
