Not all clients will receive 5 star service and that I understand, but any new potential clients should be aware of what happened to me. Simply put, when it was time to receive my payment to them I did receive many emails in quick fashion, I had heard good things about this group and I appreciated this. I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. They failed to explain the process in any detail and left me in the dark about what was happening. When I finally figured out what they were doing, I realized it was something I could have easily handled myself without their help—and saved a lot of money in the process.
