Our family just got back from visiting the glorious Redwoods and staying right by the ocean in McKinleyville. We came across John's Glass Blowing shop in Eureka while researching the surrounding towns. I gave John a call and asked if he was able to give my 2 older nieces a fun experience with glass blowing. (My husband and I were able to visit a glass blowing shop while visiting the Oregon coast in the town of Lincoln City. It was such a fun time and great memory for us.) The parking is a little intimidating but once I ventured in, well worth it. He is obviously talented. Has lots of nautical pieces star fish, octopus, turtles, very cute!
Such a cool glass artist! HIs starfish are amazing! Definitely a must see if you're passing through eureka :)
