Not the greatest at getting back.
Very nice and clean. Staff write wonderful and educational on eye health and any questions I had.
I recently contacted this office by phone and was met with unexpectedly rude and unprofessional behavior from the office staff. The representative spoke in a curt and dismissive tone, interrupted me multiple times, and seemed unwilling to provide clear or helpful information. A basic level of courtesy and professionalism is expected in any business interaction, especially over the phone where tone matters most. This experience left a very negative impression.
