Very surprised about the reviews here, perhaps they are incentivized. This doctor treated my sister and had the worst bedside manner I've EVER encountered. Not compassionate, did not listen to her needs, and discounted her levels of pain. She was anxious about the aggressive treatment and he did not take the time to explain or show care or empathy. Staff is very professional. Dr. Galasso is thorough and his explanation of my issue is easily understandable. He is patient when I ask questions. Even though the office is busy he makes me feel like I’m the only one there.
Dr. Galasso provided a thorough exam and patiently answered all my questions giving easily understood explanations. I greatly appreciate that he is continuing to follow-up with my eye condition.
