I really like the medical staff here. The only thing that really annoyed me was the answering of the phone. I was told they had lunch hours, and I apologized for calling without knowing their lunch hour. However, I called at 1:45 pm, right after lunch. I don't know who answered the phone. I was furious. Had our first appointment with Dr Young today, he’s a wonderful doctor, very personable and great with kids. He doesn’t do the cliche doctor thing when they throw a lot of medical terms at you and expect you to understand. He’s just kind and knowledgeable. His staff is wonderful too, they contacted our insurance before our kid was getting his shots to get prices (without us asking) to help us get the best deal.

Only office where we always see the Dr. He takes really good care of his patients and always return phone calls personally. I never had the pleasure to meet my last pediatrician the biggest reason I switched to Dr. Young. I have to commute but I don't mind. His staff is amazing making sure it is always room for same day appointments whenever are available. It is our second year at this office and more to come. Thanks Dr. Young and staff for the great service you offer to the community

We are so happy to have Dr. Young as our pediatrician for our two children. We appreciate his attentive but calm demeanor. We are always seen promptly, given same day appointments when we have an illness, and the staff is courteous and professional. We also like having a doctor that isn’t part of a big corporation, where you can actually talk to the front desk person as soon as you call!
