We are so happy to have Dr. Young as our pediatrician for our two children. We appreciate his attentive but calm demeanor. We are always seen promptly, given same day appointments when we have an illness, and the staff is courteous and professional. We also like having a doctor that isn’t part of a big corporation, where you can actually talk to the front desk person as soon as you call!
We took our son to Dr. Young from newborn to 7 months. At first I really liked that they always fit us in same day and promptly called back when we had questions. But the more we went the more I felt our concerns were being brushed off. First we went because my son had a bad rash, I was encouraged to try soy formula even though I expressed how much I wanted to breastfeed. We tried it and it messed my son’s stomach up so badly. Every time I go to an appointment it’s always quick in and out. There are no long wait times usually the longest I’ve wait in the waiting room is between 5 to 10 minutes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. While they’re helping other patients on the telephone, the receptionist always acknowledges me and let me know that she’ll be right with me. Dr. Young is the best doctor for pediatrics. He jokes a lot he’s friendly and straight to the point with your child’s health.. I would definitely recommend anyone to this offic... read more
