Excellent service! I have had a service contract with John G Webster for more than ten years. So when my AC went down this summer, I called them right away. They provided excellent service, troubleshooting and finding solutions to keep us going until a new unit could be installed. I’m grateful to have local companies like John G Webster in our area.

Thanks so much for the outstanding service from Josh! He arrived only shortly after the planned window, and the company called me in advance to let me know when he arrived. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem (bad wiring), fixed it in under an hour, at a fair price. After 3 days of no A/C in the middle of July in DC, my cats were lethargic and uncomfortable. Now they're happy and energized (as am I!) Josh's prompt service has made a world of difference.
