I’ve never met a doctor who was less concerned. He spent minimal time, I felt like he didn’t hear me, he seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. He wouldn’t even review his own records or notes in my chart in order to treat me. I’ve never felt so hopeless after a doctors appointment.
I have been seeing Doctor Van Derwood for many years. I followed Doctor Van Derwood from Lucedale Ms to Citronelle AL and then to Daphine AL. He is the best Doctor that I have ever seen. I travel about 75 miles one way to see Doctor Van Derwood and I highly recommend him to anyone. He is a very good Doctor.
Do you wanna pay for less than 3 minutes for someone that will not listen to you? You found him... when you can google better results then ask him, do not go here. Do you want to be degraded go here? Can't believe he is a doctor. If I hear back about my review from the "Doctor" I would love I will respond to him.
Takes his time with patients, nurse is great. Our entire family loves Dr. VANDERWOOD.
He always fitS us in when we need him. Amazing doctor that really cares for his patients. Office and medical staff are told notch!
I would NEVER recommend this idiot to anyone!My son cut his foot with a piece of broken glass,I took him to Dr Vanderwood. He stitched my sons foot up not noticing that his tendon that holds the arch up in your foot was severed.I believe the least he could have done was let us know that there were very important tendons in this area of the foot and sent us for an MRI or possibly referred us to an orthopedic. 5 years later and going on our 2nd surgery MY SONS FOOT WILL NEVER BE RIGHT or NORMAL!!
