I am prone to having skin cancer and need a full body scan every year. I had an appointment with Dr. Caplan. He did not exam me and my appointment was actually bizarre. I had a small, healing cut on my nose. To justify the minute he spent with me he grabbed a freeze can and started spraying my nose without saying a word. He then hustled out the door saying I will see you next year for a full exam.I complained to their COO and she arranged another body scan with Dr. Stoner.
