My video consult with Dr John Rose was amazing! He was kind, patient, took the time to explain not only the procedures, but outcomes and history of the procedures. Couldn’t have asked for more and thrilled that he will be my physician!
Dr. Rose is very open to me having my questions written down. He explained a visual field test in a way I can understand. He is patient and calm. All my questions were addressed, even considering a second opinion, which he encouraged. I am more relaxed about my upcoming procedure.
He was patient and informative and we were very lucky to get a video visit with him. Dr. Rose asked for information before the visit to make sure we used our time well, which we did. This appointment helped a difficult situation tremendously and as does knowing he's there for us if we need him in the future.
I recently had an eye procedure performed by Dr. Rose and am very satisfied. He provided clear information and answered all my questions at the initial consultation, during the procedure, and at the post-op appointment. I am very pleased with him, the surgical staff, and the surgery results.
This doctor earned himself 2 stars by telling me my procedure would be super easy when it has been a nightmare! He gave me convoluted information, then proceeded to double-down on requiring an additional consultation appointment IN-Person, just to let me know where to take the test. Biggest case of 'this could have been an email.'
