I was referred to Dr. Latall by my general physician because of my asthma/allergy issues. On my first visit, Dr. Latall administered some basic tests as well as an allergy patch test, and then prescribed 4 medications for me. FOUR. I had repeatedly told him I did NOT want to be on a steroid inhaler unless absolutely necessary, but he gave me one anyway, along with an abuterol inhaler (I had never previously used any medications or inhalers for my asthma, as it was not horribly severe) and two allergy pills to take daily.
