I have been seeing Ashley Gross for a little over two and a half years, and the impact she has had on my life is something I will never stop being grateful for. Had an appointment this am. Sat in the dark building til “Mike” came rolling in at 8:59 for 9 appt. No lights got turned on, walked thru a dark building and our session was pretty much my husband asking the questions. Should we go individual/then come back like. It was a waste of my time which is ashamed.
My father is a recent widow and came here to see Bernadine Suppa. She shows no compassion or understanding when it comes to the death of a loved one. She made my father feel guilty and ashamed for his feelings by her inconsiderate remarks and her accompanying facial expressions that further proved she has no knowledge of how to help someone who has experienced loss. I am disgusted that this "professional" reacted this way. She certainly was no help and only damaged him further.
