I’ve done two new construction projects with John G Harty Ltd. spanning over the past 15 years. One on the Northshore and one in southwest Michigan. Both homes were beautifully built with zero issues after move in. The team is extremely professional and thoughtful about the building process from start to finish. They are incredible problem solvers and really care about their clients! I highly recommend using this company for your new build or renovation. Fantastic to work with!

John and Rich Harty have built 2 homes for us over the past 14 years. Both experiences were excellent!! They are honest, hardworking, talented and outstanding in their jobs. They made the building experience enjoyable every step of the way. If there has been any issue with either home (and there really hasn’t) they are responsive and stand by their work. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone interested in building or renovating a home.

We highly recommend John G Harty Ltd. We are a custom metals manufacturer that was contracted by them to fabricate and install custom doors on a renovation project of theirs. The project went seamlessly, due in large part to their excellent communication, professionalism and years of knowledge and experience in the industry. When you contract with them to do work, you are in great hands.
