Dealing with the professional staff was a far more pleasant experience than dealing with Dr. Deleonibus. He was rough, hurried, and I found him arrogant for chastising his staff in front of me. He is competent but unpleasant.
Doctor and staff were very friendly and professional. Nice clean and modern office. I would recommend this office without hesitation!
My experience was awful. He has the worst bed side manner. I took my daughter there for badly infected toenails and he used no numbing at all. He scorned her for crying from the pain. He is very disrespectful. I would not recommend!
Dr Deleonibus treated my badly infected ingrown toenail. He performed surgery on my initial visit resolving the problem and related infection— with NO pain! Highly capable professional with bedside manner that put me at ease. Very highly recommended!!
I broke my foot and was referred here. I saw Dr. John DeLeonibus. It was hands down the worst medical experience I've ever had. His bedside manner is about as bad as you can get. He told me that if I stayed off my foot for 6-8 weeks, I'd be fine. After a 4-week checkup he said he wanted me to go the full 8 weeks, nothing else. After 8 weeks of walking on crutches he told me he "knew we should have put a pin and plate in it" and wanted to book me for surgery. I walked out of there and got a second opinion. I waited 2 hours to be seen by Dr. Deleonibus (and I had an appointment set weeks ahead of time) and when I finally did get to see him, he was disrespectful. He constantly cut me off mid sentence when I was trying to explain what my issues were. He refused to work with me until I thought over my needed procedure. I've struggled with these issues for over 10 years and knew the risks. He blew me off and insisted I come back for another $300 appointment. He spent a total of 5 minutes with me
