An absolute disaster of a doctors office. My wife was scheduled for a MRI biopsy they will not make any efforts to help us and will not take any calls from our numbers. She could have been scheduled at many offices.but they chose one and left us on absolute radio silence . Won’t answer phones or return calls. The office manager is absolutely horrendous. BEWARE—Bordelon now has a nurse that uses retaliatory tactics on his patients without his knowledge. I have seen Bordelon for over 20’years and never had an issue . This office WAS pleasant and professional. A nurse that is now working for him does not like you to ask questions, berates you and then refuses to send test results to other doctors . This office is absolutely wonderful! After no longer being able to see my OBGYN of 20+ years and finding this practice I am so very relieved. The responsiveness and caring nature of all staff is above and beyond. Dr Bordelon is very patient and kind, listens thoroughly and has a fantastic bedside manner.
