Dr. Norris is a great doctor and I am thankful for his kind and knowledgeable service. What is disappointing is his office staff, which can come across as condescending. I was called by his secretary about an appointment and was talked down to in a way I found unkind. This has happened in the past with her, as well. It's a shame because it makes communicating with a doctor you really like, difficult. It's their job to be amiable and they should have a nice demeanor, especially for heart patients
My experience is always a good one. Dr. Norris and staff always know what they are talking about and recommending me to do. I have been with Dr. Norris since 2006 and trust him completely.
