The best hairdressing salon I've been to. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, having your hair washed is like a mini spa treatment, and the pace and conversation during your visit makes it an enjoyable experience. John is my stylist and is most definitely the hair whisperer! Absolutely amazing independent salon! I had such a great experience here—everyone was lovely, especially Sian and Grace who both worked on my hair. They really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and the results were incredible. I couldn’t be happier! You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. Highly, highly recommend this salon!

As always, Olivia never disappoints—she consistently works her magic on my hair. She’s been my go-to stylist since she joined John Fraser Jenkins, and honestly, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. This time, I also had the pleasure of Grace blow-drying and straightening my hair for the first time. She was incredibly methodical and took such thoughtful care throughout the process. It was truly impressive to see someone still in training deliver such a fantastic result.
I was greeted with a warm welcome and a lovely hot coffee before having a great hair wash. Sian made sure I knew exactly how she was going to cut my hair and style it. Service was excellent and I was made to feel like an important client. I'm so happy with my hair and feel I was really listened to.
