Fantastic experience all around. I had lasik done on June 25th and I am so happy I went through with it. Dr Frangie is very informative, down to earth and I would say an excellent surgeon and doctor. The staff is very friendly and I am fully satisfied with my lasik, the follow ups and the entire experience!
Cataract surgery was painless and the results in clarity and color were beyond my expectations. The staff were all professional, kind reassuring, Especially “V”.
I was happy with there office until a recent experience. Had exam & script for new lenses March 5th was told to wear new glasses 2 weeks then return if not right. Had the glasses filled near home & they took 3 weeks. Wore the glasses 2 weeks & not feeling good about them. Called on 4/7 on hold 17 min. Called back 4/8 told there would be an $85. Charge because over 30 days “company policy”. Don’t feel the glasses are right they have prisms so tricky I know but 30 days Really?
Today I had the worst experience! I had an appointment for eye exam and asked the technician not to do eye pressure exam, she said I can’t just do the eye exam without it or I have to leave! Since I needed my exam I had to agree to do the pressure test and i wanted the doctor to do it but they said I can’t! I am a registered nurse I know my rights and yet I was pushed to go along or leave, the technician was very unpleasant and since I had some make up under the eye she due to eye drops she said we don’t let you leave like a... read more
