ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE. I received a cross-linking procedure in both my left and right eyes. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Everyone I worked with was just as great. The whole office is a genuine pleasure to be around! They’ve been super helpful in making payments manageable! I recommend.

After seeing another eye specialist in Springfield,which was a great dr, I decided to go to dr Frangie due to the location of his office and right away we hit it off well! I have Glaucoma and need pressure checked often, had a few surgeries with dr Frangie, all good until he suggested I get a second opinion. Front desk staff are rude and incompetent. One has to ask for things multiple times and phone hold times are beyond excessive.
