Dr. Frangie and his staff are exceptional. I am so happy with my lasik eye surgery. The whole office was so helpful, patient, friendly and supportive. Sara was great and knowledgeable, she really put me at ease. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Dr. Frangie.
Dr. Frangie and his staff are amazing. I have had 2 eye surgeries with them and wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else. Dr. Frangie is both informative and compassionate and creates a smooth and top-notch experience from start to finish. I found their customer service to be above and beyond, and Sarah, the surgical coordinator, spent extra time getting my records from my PCP up until the last minute! Thank you Dr Frangie and staff!

HORRIFIC customer service. I am vacationing out of state and my glasses fell into the lake we were boating on, so I called this morning to get help, since I am now effectively blind. The woman that answered refused to give me my script so I could have a chance at getting SOMETHING so I could see for the rest of my vacation and drive home.
