Dr. Pilch is a true professional with an encouraging, kind approach to his patients. One does not feel rushed during visits, but leaves knowing he has been heard and is getting positive knowledge -based advice regarding one’s loved one. Dr. Pilch always directs his comments to his patients, as well as, family members/ caregivers. He provides suggestions for ways to help his patients that seem doable to caregivers.
