When you have an old house, things tend to go awry and never fit the standard equipment. Jacob has visited us more than once and is always upbeat and able to quickly and accurately diagnose and fix the issue. I’m sure something else will break down the road, and Fowler will be my first call.
Jacob and his team were incredible. They were so patient with all my questions, working up multiple quotes for different scenarios for our flooding basement. They also fixed a leak upstairs and were so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend, especially if you live in an old home. They are particularly experienced with all the nuances.
