Changed the battery (Amazon) on my watch before bringing it in because it wasn’t working. Still didn’t work. First time he changed my battery and said my battery wasn’t good ($20). Watch was still not working. Came again and he showed me that the watch was getting the correct voltage, however it still wasn’t working. I get that it’s getting the correct voltage, but the hands don’t move and the watch continues to be non-operational. I brought in a necklace from a well-known jewelry brand that said it couldn't be repaired. The staff here were incredibly quick, sweet, and kind. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes! I've been here a few times now, and I'll definitely continue to come back for all my jewelry needs. I trust them completely!

Only place in Laredo that I trust with any jewelry needs, got a watch band switched and sized there and came back at a later time to resize it at later date. They would not accept any payment since I had been a previous customer for it, highly recommended.
