Very caring professional doctor as well as friendly efficient staff
I missed an appointment and now I can’t be seen there I have Crohn’s disease as well as shattering both of my heels in 2005 . With Crohn’s disease embarrassing things happen. I had to cancel an appointment while waiting to see the doctor do to an accident I had very embarrassing. I don’t know if I came off rude but I tried to reschedule and they said I can’t be seen I missed appointments I have memory problems and I don’t recall any missed appointments but the 1 I canceled in the office. God bless you.

Dr Fjerstad does NOT respect his patients. My neighbor warned me he was no good and she was right. He was supposed to go over my x-rays with me but said he already looked at them and there's nothing wrong. Not to mention I was the one who asked for the x-rays. He stated a few times he didn't want to do much and said there wasn't anything I could do about my collapsed arch. He only offered solutions after I asked for options to fix the problem and not just wear insoles for the rest of my life. He said "they'll be like glasses... read more
