Our new home was to have our roof done back in September. Its a tile roof where they put 8 holes/vents in the roof that were NOT NEEDED!! No one read the plans. No one supervised. We held a meeting to get us, the NEW HOME OWNERS, to agree on a REPAIR FOR OUR BRAND NEW ROOF!!!!Its now Jan 2023 and our roof remains a disaster. Holes were closed but our roof has hundreds of broken or missing tiles and ridge caps. Mortar is 4 different colors.
