I must express that my recent experience at this hospital was deeply disappointing, marking one of the worst hospital stays I have ever endured. While the staff in the operating theater were both professional and compassionate, and my surgeon and his team were commendable, the care I received on the ward was nothing short of appalling. Worst care really frustrating experience. Irresponsible and disrespectful staffs. Don’t care attitude of staffs. Annoying replies. Such a disappointment
I have stayed at this hospital on 2 occasions both after back surgery. One in December 2018 and a back fusion in November 2024. I can’t remember much of my stay the first time here but my most recent visit has been absolutely amazing: I stayed 5days and had a handful of different nurses to which all were extremely helpful, kind and very passionate about their jobs. Sooo run down, for a private hospital an absolute disgrace, food provided was not suitable for chewing capacity of pt, young staff on night didn't have pivitol info we provided was not shared at handover, no cooling working, rooms had paper taped over lights to redirect light, patched plaster unpainted for a longggg time, drs do not contact family as stated by staff over multiple days.... we lost my mum here 2 wks ago now our dad is here now unwell & badly grieving : staff said they'd have a person talk with him and let staf... read more
