Absolutely disgraceful service. You pay for private and receive public service. My advice to anyone would be to go straight to public instead and save your money and time. Will never be going here again.

John Fawkner is owned by Healthscope whom are in serious financial issues and, as such they try to cut costs at every turn. DO NOT ATTEND THIS "HOSPITAL". I attended the Emergency Department with excruciating stomach pain and abnormal blood results, paid $430 out of pocket, and was dismissed by Dr Gamagn without proper investigation because I “looked well.” Despite begging, I was denied timely imaging. I went into emergency yesterday morning and i will never consider any other hospital but John Fawker. First visit was for my husband a few months ago and after the care we recieved we were very happy. Yesterday my husband rushed me there and from the moment we walked in we were greeted with lovely and caring staff. My nurse Peta was so caring and went above and beyond to make sure i was 100% before i left. Thank you so much!
