Emergency was very attentive and fast ... unfortunately waiting on a specialist for guidance and treatment not so. My husband has bad kidney stones and has now been untreated for 24 plus hours. We pay top dollar for private insurance for this? Not good enough.
Attended this hospital today for blood test and MRI..The experience was fantastic, lovely staff.,and very efficient.

The place is a shambles and the list of faults is long and many, but I’d start with the ED barely acknowledging you exist until the non refundable $440 dollars is in their accnt no matter the state of the patient, and being that was initial consultation I just knew it was going to be a long and painful experience….and I was correct. Do have to give a shout out to majority of nursing staff as they were fantastic. Generally would avoid the place if possible, do not recommend.
