I recently had gallbladder surgery with Mr Hai Bui and Dr Irvin Heng, and I feel incredibly grateful to have had such wonderful care from both of them. Their professionalism, expertise, and kindness made me feel safe and well looked after throughout my experience. I have an upcoming procedure and called the hospital on 23/09/26 at around 12 pm. Whoever took my call needs some serious training in customer service. The manner in which the call was handled was extremely disappointing, particularly considering this is a private hospital where patients should reasonably expect a professional and courteous level of service.

Went ti iMed Radiology for an MRI. Staff were friendly and professional. Will go back in future for any scans I may need.

Excellent Hospital and very patient care orientated. We went private after my husband had experienced significant delayed difficulty with his first surgery. The experience we had here was the complete opposite we had Outpatient at the other hospital. The staff were genuinely lovely here. My husband really felt cared for and I felt that he was taken good care of. I highly recommend the orthopaedic surgeons and I also recommend having an operation here and being cared for by the staff
