I am now looking for a different ophthalmologist, I like Dr. Romanelli but the Office billing company is horrendous! They are harassing me, I went to Dr. Romanelli twice in one month because the prescription he gave me was incorrect and when I got it corrected, the staff told me I would not be charged, but the billing company was harassing me to the point that I just paid the bill which technically it was fraud that Medicare paid them because the office told me I would not be charged! Went to him for eye exam and prescription. As per Dr. R I could take script to any eye glass place and get them made. Well I did that and couldn’t see a thing. Had another eye exam done at Pearle. My script from him was completely wrong. So I’m out $400 from lenses I had made. Was advised by Dr. at pearle, he was on a list of Dr’s that usually gets scripts wrong.
I can not say enough about this Fine True Doctor. Dr John Romanelli is knowledgable in his chosen profession . He is personable , professional , and most importantly to me, he offers alternatives . The girls in the office are also professional and try to make you as comfortable as possible . Filling out paper work today in the medical industry is a project . Electronically annoying to say the least. I am a new patient of Dr John Romanelli and my experience today was a positive one. He gave me hope for the future of medicine ... read more
