Went to him for eye exam and prescription. As per Dr. R I could take script to any eye glass place and get them made. Well I did that and couldn’t see a thing. Had another eye exam done at Pearle. My script from him was completely wrong. So I’m out $400 from lenses I had made. Was advised by Dr. at pearle, he was on a list of Dr’s that usually gets scripts wrong.
I can not say enough about this Fine True Doctor. Dr John Romanelli is knowledgable in his chosen profession . He is personable , professional , and most importantly to me, he offers alternatives . The girls in the office are also professional and try to make you as comfortable as possible . Filling out paper work today in the medical industry is a project . What a relief to find Dr. Romanelli! Only one visit so far, but I found him to be knowledgable, professional and sincerely concerned, plus a great bed-side manor. Staff is pleasant also. This is all very different from my last experience elsewhere. I’ve found my new ophthalmologist!
