i fully recommened going to eisenhower ER over this place. I got my " report" back things were listed that i never mentioned as a issue ....my first nurse silvia was wonderful second one was stand offish ... while in my room i heard a couple nurses outside my room trash talking other patients , I also heard the intake guy say when a another person was arriving " finally a real write up" as if mine and others that morning werent ... another bright spot was the young man bruce who took me to me csan he was super scan tech was ... read more

I cut my finger almost completely off. Went in bleeding everywhere. And they are taking in people with a cough instead of me as I’m bleeding all over the wait room and lobby. The doctor that did my stitches had horrible bedside manner and did crappy stitch job gave me no antibiotic Looks horrible and now infected and I did exactly what they said Now my finger looks horrific and infected. What kind of a doctor doesn’t at least give you an antibiotic for severed finger Now it’s infected and horrible stitches Do not go to JFK

If I could give zero stars I would. I was taken via ambulance to jfk memorial. I was in full panic attack mode and very frightened. I was mocked, I was left in the waiting room by myself. Because of my condition I was not able to clearly give them my information yet it was given to the paramedics that took me in. I was given medication to “ calm down” and again directed to sit in the waiting area to wait for my niece to arrive. I am extremely concerned and deeply disappointed with the conduct of this hospital and its staff. My spouse is not currently capable of making sound medical decisions due to his condition, and the hospital is fully aware that I—and his father—are listed as his emergency contacts. Despite this, he experienced a seizure and was still permitted to leave the facility without any notification to his emergency contacts.I personally informed the nursing staff, including the RNs, that they must contact me immediately if there were a... read more
