I am absolutely grateful for the care and professionalism received from the doctors, nurses, and staff during my experience with my mother at JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio. We were referred from the El centro medical center . The staff and care were very professional!!

Please just drive out to Eisenhower. The time you take to drive there will be still be less than the 5 hours you wait in the waiting room of this hospital.

Watched a woman pass out in the lobby of the ER while her husband frantically tried to get the attention of the nurses. The woman had came to by the time a triage nurse named Theresa on shift June 16th came and rudely dismissed the man saying “she didn’t faint, she's feeling faint” “you won’t die”, leaving them alone. The woman was rushed away in a wheelchair shortly after fainting again. It was disturbing to think how many people have faced similar treatment.

Rude triage nurse, Theresa, commented on my body because i did not look my weight and played off my pain. She said that the painkillers i was prescribed for my menstrual pain was horrible for my kidneys and then said i could have another ovarian cyst matter-of-factly, which was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. Later, she told a woman who was in clear distress that she was fine and wasn’t going to die very sternly. this lady was when wheeled into the hospital in a wheelchair shortly after. Terrible emergency room. Experienced Patient neglect by Vicky-RN and Mathew Issacks NP. Mathew Issacks Nurse Practitioner yelled at wife and refused the care she asked for. Mathew Isaacks Said “you came to us for help, you can leave if you don’t want it our way” will be calling the RN board and patient relations on Monday. Everything has been documented
