My dad recently went to the ER to get check out because he could breath and they just kept him waiting for hours, never did anything and discharged him. He was later admitted at Eisenhower that night and it turned out that he had Pneumonia and he ended up having a mild stroke. Absolute terrible service.

Jan 31st. I arrived with my child with a traumatic skull injury. Despite the aggressive nature of the fall the care rendered by the TRIAGE NURSE and the nurse in the lobby sent me into complete panic mode. My daughter wanted water after hours of waiting, and puking violently in the hospital lobby and my car. Worst hospital I've ever visited never going back. Front desk is kinda rude, was there for new Year's Eve, never going back. Not to mention the time they take is more than 3 hours.
