Incredibly kind staff and pristine facilities. We went here on an off-day and the security team was happy to play with our kids and teach them about the flags. They also let us roam around the main area which was delightful for the family. Can't say enough about how much a kind staff member can turn an ordinary visit into a memorable one. The Underground Parking was simple as well ($25) but it may be cheaper to park on a street nearby and walk-in.
