This particular State Farm location (John English) Agent, is efficient, timely, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Mrs. Roxanne Bernabe (Office Representative) was absolutely phenomenal!! As a new customer and shopping for new insurance agent, she went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had a clear understanding of the policies, my quote, saving money, etc. Very professional, courteous, personable, and understood my insurance needs. Still have not recieved my refund and he is taking his sweet ol time with it. Terrible service rep and ran by an absolute joke.
