I've been w/ State Farm a long time & w/ John English office since I moved to Florida in 2000. I met Mr. English only once - However, he knows how to hire very good people to work in his office. All I've spoken to are knowledgeable & professional. Lately, I`ve been working a lot with Mendy. I had some issues that I called about several times. I would have lost patience with someone like me.
