Great customer service, and cost of policy is much lower than my previous policy for the same coverages with Progressive.
This particular State Farm location (John English) Agent, is efficient, timely, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Mrs. Roxanne Bernabe (Office Representative) was absolutely phenomenal!! As a new customer and shopping for new insurance agent, she went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had a clear understanding of the policies, my quote, saving money, etc. Very professional, courteous, personable, and understood my insurance needs. She even printed out directions and instructions for me to the local DMV.... read more
