Recently worked with Chris within the collision/ body shop department & honestly am super impressed and happy with the results! Love the dealer and service centers. I've been coming here for generations. I had an interaction with collision years ago, and they were very friendly and informative, and I got great service. This last time, I couldn't even get a quote for my wife. They gave her a run around. Completely clueless as to what it going on.
They slow it down and get it right! Two times I've had repairs down and the outcome has been brilliant! Each time, great service, great results! Awesome working with insurance, too!
We’ve done a ton of business with John Elway Chevrolet. Probably more than anyone to be honest. We’ve bought over 20 vehicles and have them all serviced there. The sales and the service have been great, but not the collision center. One of our Malibus got into an accident and it took over six months for them get our car repaired. Long enough that GM had to step in and get on them and also reimburse us for car payments we had to make while our car is out.
