Absolutely terrible! Would never recommend them! Wish I had taken my business elsewhere. Brought my car in for damage to the left rear quarter. Everything seemed great at first, they were helpful and responsive. They finished the job and a few days later I noticed the paint wasn't done correctly. Emailed them and that's where it started. Dian acts like you are a problem and tries to pass you off to Todd. He seems like a good guy until he parts in your car after fixing the paint issue. Recently worked with Chris within the collision/ body shop department & honestly am super impressed and happy with the results! Unfortunately my Cadillac was hit and the door needed to be replaced.They did a great job plus were able to complete the job within the time frame they promised it would be done in!

Love the dealer and service centers. I've been coming here for generations. I had an interaction with collision years ago, and they were very friendly and informative, and I got great service. This last time, I couldn't even get a quote for my wife. They gave her a run around. Completely clueless as to what it going on.
They slow it down and get it right! Two times I've had repairs down and the outcome has been brilliant! Each time, great service, great results! Awesome working with insurance, too!
