I bought a new 2025 ZR2 from here. After the first oil change/maintenance was done. I discovered a scratch (belt buckle) on the front grill. I called the manager and was told they were going to look into this. I never heard anything back. I just took my truck in again to be serviced. This time they rinsed off my truck and left hard water spots all over it. I don’t even understand why they rinsed it off.
Always a great experience, Demetrius is so helpful. I can't thank him enough, he always keeps me update on my vehicle and goes above and beyond.
Repair failed again when we were taking the vehicle home. Drove fine for 2 miles. Not sure why they can't fix it after $3000 and 3 weeks in the shop.
