Warranty work was completed in a timely manner. Service advisor did not over promise and underdeliver, we like that.

Kept taking my truck to them so they can diagnose and fix a consistent problem seems they were guessing most of the time and quoted me a new fuse box which didn't work and then took it back they said they had to run a new wire to a certain connection again didn't work. Then I took it back they held it for a week and didn't even work on it until their best electronics guy was able to get on it and he didn't find anything either. My brother who's a mechanic at landmark lincoln found the problem fixed it in less than a day. See... read more
