I am extremely disappointed with my experience at John Elway Cadillac, particularly with their service department. My experience has been consistently frustrating and far below the level of professionalism one would expect from a Cadillac dealership. Communication has been a major issue. The service department rarely returns phone calls and seems to prefer communicating only by text, which makes it very difficult to have clear and meaningful discussions about my vehicle.
