This office is in Rockwall, Texas and it's very nice. John Elsey Is the owner and was very nice to talk to. He has a wonderful staff of two ladies that basically run the place for John, at least that's what he tells me. It was very quick and easy to transfer my insurance from Washington state to Texas. If you're in need of insurance or it's time to maybe change your insurance to receive better rates, I do recommend. John Elsey State Farm insurance.
