I need to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at Dr. Nolan’s office. I had a scheduled appointment today May 23 2025 at 3:30 PM and proactively called at 2:45 PM to inform the office that I might be running five minutes late due to unusually heavy traffic. Despite that, I arrived in the parking lot precisely at 3:30 PM and walked into the office two minutes later.
