Went in for metal in the eye. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Fagan was amazing took care of the problem with great skill in a timely manner. Highly recommend ??
Is the best eye exam.
Dr. Fagan is one of the most thorough doctors I have seen. He doesn't just check if you need glasses he really pays attention to your eye health. Everyone was super friendly, even went out of their way to help me with an insurance issue. Also, he was GREAT with my kids. They were nervous and he was super patient with them!
Dr. Fagan is knowledgeable, but his bedside manner is below par. He appears to be very impatient when examining his patients. The front office staff is unhelpful and a bit rude. Opticians are helpful and courteous.
