Purchased a part from this Dealer on special order and received a scratched and damaged part that was not even boxed up. Since it was special order I was basically told to pound sand and that there are no exchanges on items let alone refunds. Very disappointed in the service here.

The staff is friendly and professional, but they're not detailed. I came in to check a 2012 mustang ready to get , but I was told it was manual. When I got there, it was an automatic and I live an hour away. Wast of time.
