I came in for a patch on my tire today at 8am, and left at 11:30am!!!!!!!!! Although I didn't have an appointment, I know it does not take that long to patch a tire since I have had better and faster service at discount tire. I had to go to the front desk at least 3 times before getting a different time. I would not be this upset if at the very least the attendant helping me would have at least pulled up my seat before giving me the keys to my vehicle. Extremely annoyed.

Wow, under no circumstances should you go here. My 2018 Honda Ridgeline had an alert stating “Transmission System Problem,” so I took it into an independent transmissions shop. The man ran the codes and told me it was P0741 (torque converter failure) and said that Honda has extended the warranty on the torque converter and to bring it into a dealership. Honda's service rep, Dusty, quoted a list of recommended services, and while I did approve transmission and differential work, I hadn't yet shopped around and was unaware of how severely overpriced it was. After comparing quotes from multiple reputable shops, I learned I overpaid by $240+ for transmission alone. Other shops quoted $150 - this dealership charged $390. When I asked about it shortly after, I was told the work had already been done and couldn't be adjusted.... read more

Each time I’ve gone to get my car serviced, I’ve had nothing but a good experience. Edgar Juarez is very professional, knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel like he was trying to pull one over on me. In fact, he thought that I had a little bit more life on two of the tires that I wanted to change out. I CHOSE to change them out because I will be taking a very long road trip around the country and I don’t want to worry about potential tire problems. I’ve worked with Edgar twice and he was extremely professional both times. I appre... read more
