I'm not the patient just the wife. Dr. Welsh has been treating my husband for several yrs. Best Dr ever. Office staff is very welcoming.

I called to ask about physical therapy for my wife and was told they don't do that. I asked what they do and was told that all they do is injections. That's it? Really? The agent said they refer people for physical therapy, so I asked for a recommendation. She said I need to call my insurance company. What? The person who answered the phone should probably be fired. I can't believe that all they do is inject patients.

I visited Dr. Welsh for what was essentially a second opinion, and I left the appointment with a much greater understanding of my situation and how to handle it. I spent the rest of the day kind of amazed at how well it all went. I'm much more optimistic now, and just have a much greater feeling that I finally understand what's going on. He was very personable, put me very much at ease, explained things in a way that left me informed rather than confused. I really applaud his communication style.
