I was amazed! I am almost 50. This is the best dental office I have ever been to in my life! I have severe anxiety at the dentist, bad anxiety anyway, but getting teeth pulled, while awake!? I got up & walked out of my last sentidt after they numbed me, I had a major panic attack! Anyway Dr. Starcher was soooo nice, & quick, & kept telling me you’re doing good your doing good, hang in there, so nice! I called about a month ago and set an appointment date for sometime in June. After asking for my email and phone number I never got a confirmation email or text for my appointment I also remembered explaining I wasn’t sure I would be able to stick with the date they’d given me due to my job and she said it was no problem as they just got a new dentist and they could call me back in a week or so with new availability at a sooner date since the dentist would have a free schedule needing to be filled. Canceling an appointment day of due to a family emergency and was met with aggression and hostility by the dentist himself. Although I felt trepidation at coming in again, I did which was a mistake because he started using a drill lightly over a front tooth without warning and explaining while he was shaving my front tooth down that he doesn’t give anesthesia for something like this. This man is TOP TIER. He doesn’t sugar coat anything and a true professional. He doesn’t try to “sell” you on anything and does a great job. Thank you Dr. Starcher and team for your great work!!
Always a good experience. About as good as it can be considering it's a dentist office!
