Very short waiting time . Dr. Musick is awesome. Very attentive and caring. Listens to all of my concerns and offers solutions promptly . I have been going to him for 20 years. I will rue the day he retires. Dr. Musick is the best !
Dr Musick is more than an? OD, he has the newest equipment available with people who are capable of using it. Most of the staff are long time employees, friendly, and proficient in their field. He treats me for glaucoma in addition to regular exams.
My wife and I both recently had appointments with Dr. Musick. He was 45 minutes late seeing both of us. He did apologize for being late. Our time is just as valuable as his. His office needs to schedule his appointments, so there is not so long of wait. My appointment was in the morning so no excuse for running so late to be seen. Waiting 20 to 30 minutes is fine, but not 45 minutes. Waiting this amount of time is just not very professional and in the end does not make for happy patients.
