I had a great experience with Dr. Ergener. He was highly professional, listened attentively, and offered several personalized treatment options tailored to my needs. Highly recommend.
He wasn’t very nice when I met with him. He was dismissive and kinda condescending. He simply summed up my condition to old age (I’m 45) and an old spine bc according to him, spines have a 30 or so year lifespan. He actually made me cry and I felt embarrassed to have wasted his time. It seemed my case wasn’t worth his energy so I sat through one of the most challenging appointments I’ve ever had at Kaiser and I was born at kaiser - have had it my whole life. Dr. Ergener provided great insight into my spine condition along with great knowledge & recommendations for a plan to alleviate my back pain. I was blessed to find him!
