Professional competent attentive . Great experience
I visited with Dr. John Erdogan Ergener. Tyson’s Corner. He listened patiently to the history of my back pain. He showed me an MRI picture of my lower back on a large screen and explained to me what happened. He examined me with various movements and pain scales. He gave me good news: no surgery needed. However, I had to follow his PT exercise routines with the pictures he provided. My experience was very positive
While the doctor was thorough with his examination, he was flippant, dismissive and rude. He made several remarks that were unprofessional and disrespectful. One of which made light of a an 85 year old man falling. I had requested to record the session (for my future reference) and he stated it was against company policy but I felt it was more so there wasn’t a record of his dismissive and rude demeanor.
