Would you recommend this family doctor to others? I Already Have Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

I truly hope that no person wastes their time by going to Dr. Carter! My family member--who had a serious stroke in her lifetime and has difficulty understanding somethings--was called by someone on his staff, and the staff member simply told her that she had a health condition. This INCONSIDERATE, THOUGHTLESS staff member did NOT even explain this condition or take the time to spell it out for her to do some research on!! Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help
