I will start this by putting my old married name, just so he can not say it's a fake review. I was Jennifer Caryl. My daughter Katrina Harden aka... Star Lynly.... and I started using Dr. Carr when she was 10 years old. I only used him a few times because he was not polite. I had to listen to a rant about the police and his tinted windows in his car while he was filling my tooth and completely destroying my gums all around the whole area. When I complained... I have a 4 year old I took her there and I swear the front desk lady and the nurse should not work there and how many 4 year olds don’t throw a fit when someone is trying to get close to their mouths and then turns around and tells me my kid needs to see another dentist you know I’m so glad that I am going somewhere else with my business and I can’t stand ignorant people like the way we got treated especially my 4 year old daughter
Do not go to this dentist. I spent the majority of my teenage years going here. Entire time I was told it was my fault my mouth was the way it was . Yesterday I went to a different dentist and I come to find out I have dental overcrowding and something to do my my root system and nasal passage being connected all the problems I had as a child and teen was because of anatomy . Do not go to this dentist i had a horrible experience every filling I had done didn't even last a year and I went back and showed him and he did nothing about it ,he was very rude to the lady working with him it was unbelievable..
Dr. Carr has been my dentist for a couple of years. He and his staff have always been very professional, patient, and polite. Any procedure I've had, Dr. Carr personally checks on me that evening.
