Ignore the bad reviews! Front desk answered my call and was great over the phone. Was great in person. Kim cleaned my 10 year old's teeth and she was great with her. She's been doing it for 44 years. She was great at communicating to me and making my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Carr was short and sweet at the end. No issues. Great service.
Im Rating on behalf of my daughter. Noone answers the phone. We have been. Calling, both of us for over a month. Noone answers the phone. Finally today got someone to answer she said its because its juts her. We'll so what. We've called over a month at every hour of the day possible. Dont try and call. You will not get anyone on the phone.
I enjoy the experience I’ve had with Dr. Carr. From the receptionist all the way to every staff that has worked on my teeth…they have been very professional, polite, and understanding throughout my care. It’s not an easy process getting referrals approved through the VA and his staff has helped assist me with that. Dr. Carr and his staff has followed up personally after my fillings and extensive treatments to make sure I’m ok. He listens and gives great feedback. It’s good to find care close to home.
