RecommendedDr. Bateman, Dr Carda, and staff have always been courteous ,kind, and very helpful.
The receptionist was rude and abrupt when we called to make an appointment for our daughter. This might be the only optician in Plattsmouth BUT Papillion and Bellevue are close enough for customers NOT to be treated disrespectfully.
Thank you for being very patient with my indecisive children! We had a great experience with Dr Carda! She was very polite and accommodating to us.
The staff is amazing! The doctor is very thorough with the eye exams . Every question we had was answered and explained further if needed.
