Medically the doctor was fine. But we have been trying to talk to someone for a year about an overpayment. Calls have gone unanswered. Mail has gone un answered. Personally talked to Dr. Baker with still no resuts. May have to go to court.
Two years after a bunion surgery, my great toe still will not lift. The toe is numb and essentially paralyzed at the distal phalange. The concerns I had from the surgery were omitted from my medical records as though I never voiced them. Dr. Baker never acknowledged the condition of the way he left my toe or held himself accountable in any way. This office is Horrible!! We have twice now been scheduled for appointments that the are not even in office for. My husband takes off work to get to these appointments and they are not even open at the office he is scheduled for. They have a reimbursement check for us and have not been able to get a hold of them for over a month. They do not care about their patients at all!! The worst medical office I have ever seen.
The Best in area!
Was referred to this office 3 weeks ago, after several attempts to make an appointment with no response or return call, I give up.
