All I can say is if you are in the market for a lawyer, John Drier is the choice to make! We had a custody situation that came up and Mr. Drier was honest and completely candid/up front on what was to be expected. He worked diligently to get us the outcome that was best for our situation. John and Phyllis are great to work with and were extremely patient with our questions and concerns.

Wonderful and attentive attorney.
I paid a $1000 retainer and this lawyer booked more than $3000 (triple my retainer!) worth of hours over a 6-month period before sending me a billing statement. When I questioned him why he filed an unnecessary motion with the court and why he didn't notify me when my retainer was depleted, he withdrew from representation. He dropped my case without un-doing the motion that I didn't want him to file in the first place.
John is a awesome lawyer. Truly a force to be reckoned with. Has come thru for me time and time again.
