My wife was to get a CPAP that they subscribed. They sent it to a company that didn’t take our insurance. We went to the office to inquire and the girl behind the desk said we had to find out who they could send it to. We called left messages and nobody responded. We went to the office gave them the information for who to use. A week later and still nothing! We called the CPAP company and they were able to contact the office and get the prescription. My husband had his first appointment with Dr.Douglas. I was using a walker from a fall few days earlier..office parking lot was full so we park on side streets,, it was around 3:30 his appointment was At 3:00 it was to far for me to get out no parking up front.lol I try to get out .. couldn’t make it so I struggled to get back in van .. I took my husband to see Dr Douglas about his sleep apnea. He at first seemed to be willing to help. After the appointment is when I started having problems. I thought he was going to have the test done not long after the appointment and it took them a whole month to get a test done. No one gave us the results and then about a month later they said he had to do another test. We still have not heard back from the doctor. We heard from the sleep lab that he did not pass but no one from the doctor's office has called. I left se... read more
Dr. Douglas is a wonderful physician, he has a great Nurse practitioner, and the staff were all very pleasant!
