This Doctor's staff is one of the worst staff that I encounter in a long time. I waited 2 months for this appointment only to get told when I arrived that my appointment was canceled because I didn't check my VM message that Ms. Caitlin left. The message stating that if I didn't called back with additional information my appointment would be canceled. Really enjoyed my recent visit with Dr Dokko. He has been my primary care physician for 20+ years.

I have really enjoyed having Dr. Dokko as my Nephrologist. He is thorough and I never feel rushed. I recently moved back to Chicago and I still see Dr. Dokko for his expertise. Very thankful

The entire service at this office is just terrible. The receptionist is always rude. I am never seen at my actual appointment time always late. Dokko is always in a rush. Never reviews my notes prior to appointment. Never remembers any of the conversations we previously had. It’s like he’s checking off a list of questions then rushing out. I decided to leave the practice. Good luck if you’re looking for someone who cares
