After trying numerous physical therapy, massage, and medicinal treatments, I had lost all hope for returning back to my standard running regimen. John Ditmars is an experienced and thoughtful practitioner of acupuncture. He clearly explains his procedures and asks for feedback during a session with him. He exhibits genuine concern for his clients and does not suggest unnecessary appointments. His motto is to “work with you, not on you” and he does so in his practice. I recommend him without hesitation.
John is a top notch, gifted healer! I have been searching for relief for several years and I was blown away with how much he helped with just the first appointment! He is a real life saver. Plus he is a really good person that listens and has empathy too! I wish I had found him years ago! But I'm so thankful that I did now! I have my life back. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain causing lots of headaches, Occipital Neuralgia, migraines...losing sleep and I have a new lease on life now! Can't thank John enough! Wow!!!
After many years of acupuncture, I have found John Ditmars to be the most effective and knowledgeable of them all! The sessions are soothing and very beneficial. Definitely 5 stars!
My PT was unable to relieve my upper back/ shoulder pain and suggested I seek out dry needling. I’m so lucky I found John! I found great pain/ muscle relief from the sessions. I always leave feeling so much better than any PT or massage. In addition to dry needling, John has used gua sha and cupping, both therapies have been great. I will continue to use John to treat injuries, flare ups, and preventatively.
