The John Denver Sanctuary is pure magic. Peaceful paths, inspiring words carved into stone, and an atmosphere that feels like shooting hoops up in the sky Everything here is serene, uplifting, and unforgettable.

Parking is a problem in Aspen, plus there isn't much to do. John Denver Sanctuary was the only activity of mild interest. Now I can check off Aspen and don't expect to go back.

A quite place in nature where some of John Denver's songs have been engraved on boulders. We played some of his songs as we walked, sat, meditated, and remembered.
